Terms of Service

As an organization choosing to participate and collaborate as a benefitting partner in Southeastern Giving Day requires that you agree with the following Terms of Service which sets forth the services and duties provided by Southeastern Giving Day and roles and responsibilities of all participants.

As a donor participating in Southeastern Giving Day 2025, I understand the Terms of Service as outlined below including my personal roles and responsibilities.

  1. I understand that GiveGab.com is an online platform which will safely process all contributions made through Southeastern Giving Day 2025.
  2. I understand that GiveGab retains a 3.5% campaign management fee from all donations. Credit Card processing fees are an additional 2.5% + $0.30 for all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover).
  3. I understand that donors are given the option to cover fees and if I choose this option, 100% of my online charitable gift will go to the receiving organization.
  4. I understand that any donations processed outside of the Southeastern Giving Day 2025 donation period through GiveGab.com, or subsequent recurring donations, are also subject to the transaction fees outlined above.
