As a donor choosing to participate in Giving Day, the University requires that you enter into this Memorandum of Understanding which sets forth the services and duties provided by the University and the roles and responsibilities of all participants.

1. I understand that only donations made through the Giving Day website will count toward any prizes and incentives offered as part of the 24 hour event.

2. I understand that my gift designation will receive all the monies that have been donated. If the monies raised goes over the cost of the initiative, monies will be put towards other needs of the organization donated to.

3. I understand that GiveGab.com is an online platform which will safely process all contributions made to the University.
